Why we started

Millian was born from a simple observation: premium fragrance experiences shouldn’t require premium prices. As a fragrance enthusiast, I found myself frustrated by the disconnect between the actual quality of designer colognes and their astronomical price tags. I believed there had to be a better way to deliver exceptional scent experiences without the industry markup.

In 2023, I founded Millian with a mission to democratize luxury fragrances. By focusing on what truly matters—the scent, its performance, and its quality—we’re redefining what’s possible in the fragrance world.

Our approach

Unlike traditional fragrance houses, we’ve developed a unique global approach that leverages expertise from two distinct regions. Our fragrances are meticulously compounded in Dubai, a city with rich perfumery traditions and access to the world’s finest raw materials. Dubai’s position as a global fragrance hub gives us access to expert perfumers who understand the delicate art of scent creation.

The compounded fragrances then make their journey to Sydney, where our Australian team handles the decanting, quality control, and packaging processes. This dual-location approach allows us to maintain exceptional quality while keeping costs reasonable for our customers.
