Every Millian fragrance is blended at a minimum 25% concentration, the fragrance-oil load that separates an eau de parfum from a lighter eau de toilette. It is the single number that most affects how a scent performs on skin, and we publish it because most brands do not.

The oils are composed in Grasse, then shipped, decanted, bottled and finished here in Sydney.
